Will there be syncronisation between WP and W8 versions? So that if I begin a book on the bus on WP, can I automaticaly continue that book from that page on the W8 version at home?

Sorry, at the moment we're concentrated on WP8 and Win 8. The time it will take to port the new functionality to WP7, you will move to a WP8 device :)
